Chatham Interns Are Highly Competitive
This report examines the key strengths of interns based on assessments by their employers, with a particular emphasis on employers who were engaging with Chatham students for the first time. Impressively, 79 out of 86 first-time employers indicated their interest in hosting another intern from the school in the future, indicating a high satisfaction level with the interns' work.

Internships also help a student decide if the field or industry is what they would like to continue to pursue. Chatham Students are Leaving a Lasting Impression in Their Internship Sites
After an internship's completion, supervisors at the internship site and students receive a final assessment survey. This survey report examines the site supervisor's answers to two specific questions. The first question is whether the organization would consider hiring another Chatham student, and the second question is whether they have any feedback or suggestions regarding the quality of Chatham's Internship Program. In addition, the report also looks into the responses of the students regarding what they gained from the internship.

Chatham University interns are impressing employers with their remarkable strengths and abilities. Mercy Nyoni, the Graduate Associate for the Internship Program, oversees the current 74 students completing an internship this spring semester.
